So Head on East Music the company is no more, but this site is still here, so if you've found your way here then you're probably looking for information on Alecia Cowan or Phil Cousins.  If so head over to their Myspace pages:

Also look out for their single "Let it Go"  on iTunes, Amazon or CD Baby.

This summer Alecia Cowan recorded a stunning reggae version of Jennifer Hudson's 'If this isn't Love'.  This one's had a lot of radio airplay already in Jamaica and will be going out to more DJ's worldwide over the next little while as a promo single.

The Let it Go single from Alecia and Phil Cousins is in final production - we will be releasing an MP3 and a 7 inch vinyl in the new year..  we want to get a buzz going on the promo single first.

Earthdance Halifax was incredible - 80 people rocked out North St Church for seven hours and the feedback was universally positive. We raised $300 for Bryony House, a local shelter for women and chilldren. The Nova Psychotia crew are planning their next event on Saturday February 6th 2010, again at the North St Church.  This show will feature techno, psytrance, house, psystep and progressive flavours from DJs Elfinity, Tommy Knuckles, Psylozen and Dartmouthian along with the mind expanding visuals of Corvo Magico and deco from Liminal Vision.  Not to be missed.

Phil is also putting together a space jazz tribal earthbeat project, featuring chanting, sitar, sax, didge, djembe and electronics.  Should be interesting.

Peace,

Headoneast
